  • How do I register my child for a class with Swimplified?
    Choose between a group or private swimming lessons and fill up the form below. Our friendly coordinator will contact you within 3 working days to update you with the details.
  • What are the charges like?
    ​Our rates vary depending on factors such as the number of students in the class as well as the duration of the lesson. You can refer to our page with our prevailing rates for a guide to how the classes will be charged.
  • Where are your classes located?
    We offer private swim coaching at private/condominium pools, for which the location must be provided by our clients.
  • What if I don't live in a Condominium/Private housing?
    As we do not provide swimming lessons in public pools at the moment, we will link you up with coaches not affiliated with Swimplified that are able to conduct swim classes at your preferred public swimming pool location. Do speak with us and we will assist you with the necessary arrangements.
  • Can I take pictures/videos of my child taken during the lesson?
    We believe that our students are the best ambassadors for the company. As such, we may use any pictures/videos taken of our students for our social media platforms, but will seek your consent to use or post such images. You may take photos or videos of the student/your child during lessons. We ask for your co-operation to seek approval from other parties in the footages involved, before any distribution or sharing on social media platforms. We seek your understanding to use these footages responsibly.
  • Do you teach Adult Swimming lessons?
    Yes we do! We believe that everyone has the ability to learn and get better at swimming, no matter what stage of life they are in. Drop us a message if you'd like to get started with us, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
  • What is the appropriate age for my child to learn swimming?
    For our learn-to-swim programme, we find that children 4 years and above are most receptive to our lesson structure as well as syllabus. However, we do have lessons for infants and toddlers (6 months - 4 years old) as well! Do check with us to see which programme is most suitable for your child.
  • What is required of my child before the start of each lesson?
    (i) Punctuality Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early before the scheduled class time. ​ (ii) Parent/Guardian Supervision We will require your co-operation to supervise the Student/your child before and after the scheduled class time, as we are not obligated to ensure the safety of the Student before and/or after class times. Should the student/your child feel unwell and/or has a medical condition, kindly seek medical attention before coming for class. Should our swim coaches deem the student unfit for class, we reserve every right to refrain the student from attending class, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of the student, and other students in the same class.
  • How long is each session?
    Depending on the age and competency levels of the student(s), the lesson may be 30 or 45mins long.
  • Are your swimming instructors certified?
    All of our swimming instructors are either certified under Singapore Sports Council or Singapore Swimming Teacher's Association. Singapore Swim School's swim coaches are also First Aid and CPR certified. The safety of our students are of utmost importance to us.
  • Why do you charge a security deposit?
    A deposit worth of $200 will be collected upon the class confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable, in case of drop out or cancellation, and will be used to offset the final few lessons after one month’s notice of termination of our services.
  • What are the payment collection and terms?
    All class fees are collected monthly and are exclusive of any personal swim equipment that the student may require for lessons (e.g. kickboard, googles, pool noodles, etc). Our admin will be sending you an invoice at the end of the month to collect the class fees for the following month. Lessons that are not fulfilled for the previous month can be carried forward to the next month. Fees not paid upon 7 days of invoice issuance will be subjected to a late charge of 10%.
  • Lesson Cancellations/Rescheduling
    ​(i) Lightning Risk In the event of lightning, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone classes to ensure the safety of the student(s) and/or the Swim Coach. In such circumstances, kindly arrange for a make-up session with the Swim Coach. In the event of rain with no/little lightning risk, the commencement and/or continuation of class is at the discretion of the Swim Coach. Should inclement weather occur past 15 (for a 30 minute class) or 25 (for a 45 minute class) minutes into a swim class, it will be considered as a full session and there will be no make-up conducted for any remaining time. (ii) Absence due to medical reasons For absences due to medical reasons, the student is to produce a medical certificate to the Swim Coach, where possible, and arrange for a make-up session with the Swim Coach. (iii) Last Minute Cancellations There will be no make-up sessions given for any last-minute cancellations (24 hours before scheduled class time) due to the student’s own personal matters or holidays.
  • What happens if I want to terminate my lessons?
    Do inform us 1 month in advance should you wish to terminate our services either via ​text message (+65 8501 5911) or email us. Absence from lessons does not constitute termination or withdrawal of services. Services will be terminated automatically should there be absences/cancellations/inactivity for 4 consecutive lessons unless a date of return is stated by the client or the swim coach.
